If my child is going to sit on my lap, do I still need to purchase a ticket for them?

Children UNDER the age of two (2) are admitted free of charge for most events however they must sit on a lap. Please note that some events require any child 12 months or older to possess a valid ticket and this will be noted within the event details.

Am I allowed to bring outside food and drinks into PPL Center?

Outside food or beverage may not be brought into PPL Center. All items must be disposed of before entering the arena. Visit our Food & Beverage page to learn more about the menu offerings and gluten free options at PPL Center.

Can I bring my own camera?

Yes, however no professional cameras, detachable lenses, and lenses longer than 2.5” inches are permitted into the facility. Flash photography, video cameras or any other audio/visual equipment is prohibited unless authorized by team, promoter or artist management. This camera policy is subject to change on a per show basis.

Is there a designated smoking area?

For the safety and consideration of all guests, no smoking of cigarettes or e-cigarettes will be permitted inside PPL Center at any time. Smoking is permitted outside of Chickie's and Pete's. Chickie's and Pete's is located behind The Morning Call Club. The smoking area opens at the start of the event and closes with the cut off of alcohol. You must have a ticket with you to re-enter the building.
